Teacher? Who Me? :)
As many of you may know I have been asked by the General Manager of our local Joann Fabrics to teach classes. I am soooooooo stoked, spent all day last Sunday working on projects for an open house this weekend. I will post pictures of them after the open house is over. I will post to my blog more (I think I can I think I can) and maybe, just maybe I will do a little blog candy to celebrate this new opportunity.... Happy Crafting Tammy

Guest Designer for Trendy Twine!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Today I am not only coming out of my blogging hibernation but I am also a guest designer over at Trendy Twine! ( http://anniespaperboutique.bigcartel.com/ , http://trendytwine.blogspot.com/)
It is such a pleasure to be invited to guest design for Lesley, she not only has a great product but a BIG heart. So for my project I decided to make a craft tag, this can be used in a scrapbook or framed with photos.
I used a regular craft tag and inked it with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo distressing ink. I added a nice stamped sentiment, a couple of recollection flowers, and of course the BEST part Holly Green Trendy Twine!!!! I love the versatility of the twine. I have some other twiney little projects in the works, maybe just maybe Lesley will let me share.
Thank you for stopping by and be sure to check out Trendy Twines blog at http://trendytwine.blogspot.com/ for more wonderful twiney creations!

Becky's Sweet Creations DT Challenge Tri Fold Card
Well here is my card for this weeks challenge! I hope you all enjoy it as I am in LOVE with it. Seems I will be making at least 35 more of them for a birthday party I am doing next October. Gotta love the momma's that a prepaired when they want hand made decor.... I used an assortment of paper and I actually used a cricut cart which may be a first for my blog. The cartridge is Carousel and it is a lite cart. I only paid $10 dollars and it has already paid for itself. As you can tell the theme of the up and coming party is carnival. This is going to be my biggest job ever and I am SOOO EXCITED!!!!

My Craft Room
This part of the wall is to the left of the main work area, the boxes on the right come off so that you can access things closer to hand! Thank you Baby...
This is my $3 paper cart, I call it this becaue I paid $3 for it and hubby converted it for me, yay again!
The corner of the main work area!
My cube shelves, full of embelly's Love It, also cricut station (are we in kindergarten?)
Right in front of the main woek are, love me some pegboard!
This is Laura's work station, you see she crafts standing up...No way I could do that. I wanted to make sure she had a nice place to create, and of course there are her stickles!
This is just a little spare space that needed a shelf, so here comes hubby to the rescue.
Last but not least, my main work area, all the storage to the left was custome made by hubby also!
LOVE my littl slice of craft heaven!
Hope you enjoy...

Becky's Sweet Creations DT Challenge- FLIP/SWING Card
Well this is another first for me! Thank you Becky for challenges that work my creativity... :) I am actually kinda proud of this one, love the way it turned out. Was a bit of a challenge at first but I think I will be making more of these. Now to the leaf!!! I once had some leaf stamps but swore I would never use them because at the time I did not use stamps (you should see the collection I have now) those stamps live at Laura's Crafts and More, don't think they have been used yet! Hope you enjoy my little card, Happy Crafty Love.....

Beckys Sweet Creation Paige Map Challenge
Well I am a little late (shame on me) but here she is. This was very different for me I have never tried to design a card to match something else, fun and frustrating at the same time. I kinda like it, not a personal favorite. Hope you enjoy, cause I do enjoy this DT.

FUN! FUN! Weekend!!!!
Well I had just a FABULOUS weekend full of crafting and friendship. Had my two crafty friends (well the two besties) in the same room (Mine giggle, giggle) at the same time. Thank you ladies for making the weekend the best. I made several projects only one that I can show today but thought I should share a little something with you all after such a wonderful weekend. This card is made with regular cardstock, a small piece of SU DSP, a Tim Holtz stamp, and embossing powder. Oh yeah and a little Tim Holtz film strip ribbon.
What I thought was really cool was how both ladies showed me a technique that was actually the same only using different products. These two are very talented and I feel very blessed to have them as friends, now they have a new friend too! Each other....
I also can not thank my Hubby David enough for all he did to make this weekend awesome. He did a lot to get things ready and he is a pretty good little host. And to end the weekend with a bang a birthday party for a dear family friends little boy who is a true miracle and blessing in our lives.
HAPPY CRAFTING ALL, have a great day!
Tammy
